7.5.2 Information obtained via mailing list will be kept until you decide to unsubscribe

7.5.3 Information obtained via social media messaging services and apps ( for e.g; Facebook Messenger ) will be retained for 90 days following last correspondence;

7.5.4 Information obtained under any contractual arrangement (for e.g. Clients and Customers) will be retained for 6 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses plus the order detail.


8.1 We only keep your personal data for as long as We need to in order to use it as described above in section 6, and/or for as long as We have your permission to keep it.

8.2 Your data will only be stored in the UK.


9.1 We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share your data when liaising with venues with regard to your cake delivery. The Cake Information sheet we will leave with the person that receives your order with contain all of you order details, plus your name, contact number and email address. We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Third Party Service Providers working on our behalf: We may pass your information to our third party service providers, agents subcontractors and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf. However, when we use third party service providers, we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service.

We will share your data if we are required to do so for a legal reason.


10.1 In addition to your rights under the GDPR, set out in section 5, when you submit personal data via Our Site, you may be given options to restrict Our use of your data.
